what do you prefer? songs/books/etc about reality or about fiction? tv report about psychiatric units with proper doom people about to die or crap movies with keanu reeves running faster than bullets and running on the walls?

Reality IS fiction. How can you believe in what??? in carbon?? in lamps, cars, computers? how about SOUL? Everything goes in your mind is pure fiction. plus a little bit of electrons got lost.
and what does "artistic perspective" have to do with reality?? it doesnt make any sense. (your frustration against human fantasy is really interesting though..)

and if you talk about arts... i say, its really not important what the story contains (swords heros or car theft or cancer..), what really matters is what it says.

reading your 1st post here mehdi, i think your problem is that you really really fucking cannot read between the lines and find the deep MEANING of things. If you think matrix was about keanu running on the wall.
There are things you are not able to tell by words nor by any reality just by allusions - after all that is the main reason for Arts. What you can _document_ is what is seen, the effects, circumtances, nothing from inside.

not all of them. i like art pieces about real life, trying to 'artisticise' [haha what a word] reality. i dont like movies about sword fights meaning that brotherhood and love is what matter the most.

because I have a suspicion that you are more likely to feel embarrassed and bad about happiends, brotherhoods, love and family and that, instead of the way these are shown. You want reality cos you want emtiness, meaningless life, sin, grey faces and streets and so.. but bad news, pal: even reality can make you puke as showing the power of love and that.

err. i never witnessed any happy end in real life. i feel very annoyed by both the meaning and the expression itself of fantasy art. matrix bored the shit out of me and that super complicated scenario to make a clear point was quite unnecessary. i might have enjoyed lord of the rings like 15 years ago but not now anymore. power of love my arse.
