Fireface Software Mixer vs (hardware)Presonus Central Station

Just wondering what the advantage is of having presonus etc if it seems I can set everything up on my fireface mixer I have 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 open for just speakers outputs. Should I go that route right now and set up 1/2 and 3/4 for two different sets of speakers and 5/6 with the mono setting in fireface mixer for just one speaker (behritone c50a) (plugged into output 5)

It's just a pain in the ass to have to interrupt your workflow to switch volume levels or speaker sets when a hardware unit can handle that for you with the press of a button or turn of a knob.
