Gateway ESeries 6100 2.8 gig, they got a slew of these with only cd/dvd and floppy drives but we've slapped in a zip drive woo hoo. plus two usb ports in front and back, with usb becoming so widespread you really need more than two. my old pc was already full up with our card reader and my scanner.

one thing I notice though...this PC doesn't like animated sigs.

I'm not much of a hardware guy so this may not sound like much to some, but one thing I do know - for the govt, this is cutting edge.

now I've got about 300 more programs to load to the cloned harddrive.

today I'm "testing" my PC's dvd player with my govt. mule dvd. Watching Jason Newsted headbang to their version of War Pigs.

funny how the more modern the technology they give me, the more ways I find to waste time.
