Not yet, Planning consent is still going through. Because we are in the middle of the country, and an old building, they are really strict on what you can and can't do so it's taking a while. I think those guys have up routed and are building a new place also.

A 15 minute video? Damn! Where can i find this? I don't have the japanese version, so...

Is there any place that has it for download?

No it's not available for download, it's a Japanese import, with different artwork, & an enhanced video, as a bonus. You can order it at your music store, it's already out!
