First time at serious Metal show

Ok i've been to concerts before, but this one next month with In Flames Soilwork and (unfortunately) Chamaira, is my first real Metal show. Any tips, guidelines, or words of wisdom?

I dont have any advice really, but i gotta tell you that the first metal concert is an awesome moment.
My metal-virginity was taken by Dark Tranquillity and Sinergy last year

followed closely by opeth in april!!!

mine was ac/dc back in late 70's when I was wee high to a grasshopper. I have now been to thousands of concerts.

loved it how they played every song just that little bit faster live
best songs live for me were okw, bury your dead, hate song (of course)
but the best for me even tho it was the shortest was revelation!!!

First one was In Flames with Iced Earth. First real violent one was In Flames with Slayer.

Anyway, nothing really happens unless you happen to incite drunks in the middle of a moshpit.

you lucky swedish bastards. the haunted are fucking awesome. the only concert i've been to with swedish bands was in flames, dark tranquillity, sentenced, and killswitch.

OMG, if u havent seen The Haunted live i feel really bad for you.
That band really kills

First bands I ever saw was Nevermore / Opeth / Angel Dust. Good show.

I want to see the Haunted REALLY bad. They played here recently too, but I was unable to make it. I hear nothing but good things about the Haunted's live show.
