Flight case - Flying with guitar - Buy case? -Build case?

Hey,

So anyone have any recommendations on a good flight case?
Need to take a guitar with me overseas for a while and I have no suitable case.

Thinking of maybe even trying to build one myself.

I'd prefer not to pay out the ass for it, because if I can't get anything at a decent price I might as well just buy a guitar whilst I'm away.
