Has anyone noticed a similarity between Moonsorrow's "Aurinko ja Kuu" intro and Harvest?

Sorry, but I have to LOL @ you for that one NFU. I'm not gonna bother explaining why as it doesn't matter. They've grown to be one of my favorite bands though in the last year. I just hope the reason you don't like them is because you think they lack emotion.

I'll admit their first time albums have too much cheese factor at times, but after that, especially "Verisakeet" doesn't come off as cheesy to me. To say they don't have emotion in their music is absurb though... whatever floats your boat.

its unecessary in every possible aspect. why ever be cheesey if you can help it? ESPECIALLY when youre a band like moonsorrow who are obviously trying to act like theyre not cheesey. its one thing if youre fucking hammerfall or something.

I understand but Viking metal by its very nature is kinda goofy the cheese comes along with the genre.

Metal moreover is kind of goofy, silliiness comes with the genre, when a tytpe of music can no longer parody itself that's when it's truly died.
