For the reaper guys - anyone have latency trouble since upgrading to version 4?

I have issues the lantency too. It doesn't update when I change it from the Maudio panel, ususaly after restarting 1 or 2 times it fixes.

How about your soundcard buffer value? Is it set to 64 or 128 samples?
Reaper 4 might have a default value of 1024 samples etc.
