For those of you that know anything about stage lighting?

I don't really know anything about this band nor do we need to hear how much everyone on this forum probably thinks they blow, I was just asked to figure what the lights to either side of the drummer are called.

I've found some similar stuff but I'm not exactly sure-

That or you could get a couple of these....Buy the clamps that go on the back and just do a pipe and base set up...easy setup easy tear down

Not sure of the particulars in the video but it seems obvious that what you want are audience blinders or some variety.

2, 4, 8, or 20 lights, mount those fuckers on a pipe, get a dimmer pack and dmx controller and you're good to go

I fucking hate those kind of lights. If I want to blink like fuck, I'll go to an ecstasy rave. I go to bands' gigs to enjoy myself godamn it, not to develop epilepsi!

What a fugly light show indeed! I've been a lightjockey at a local venue for quite awhile, LED is really good nowadays but doesn't have THAT kind of power, those are halogen blinders. I like the sunstrips the best because they look much nicer in comparison to something you would use on a construction site. I like a light show which fits the style and mood of the music, a nice moment for epileptica would be with a metal band during a climax of the song, but at this video it looks like the lightguy brought his ADHD little brother pushing all random at buttons
