This is one of my first times using them, preparing for my impending departure overseas. Do these ever scratch or likewise fuck up CDs? It seems like they wouldn't be too kind to the discs but that wouldn't make sense engineerically speaking.

not if youre careful..i did have a cd book that scratched cds but it was due to the fact there was no white cottony thingy in the cd sleeve..most come with those now so theres nothing to worry about!

One of my Chris Poland CDs got fucked up in one of those, just enough to mess with 2 or 3 tracks. You could always just put burned copies in there just in case. Plus if you lose it or it gets stolen its not that big a deal.

"For those whom use CD books", "For those of whom that use CD books" and "To those who use CD books." are actually all proper grammar. Not that I really care though.

Alright, let's take a trip back to elementary school.

The easiest way to determine whether to use "who" or "whom" is to substitute the word in question with either "they" or "them".

"Them use CD books" makes no sense, and therefore it must be "they". They = who. So: "Those who use CD books."

I just put it through Word, and it accepted it as is. I added in a word, I took out a word and it said I have to revise it. Microsoft Word is pretty much a grammar nazi.

I thought you only used WHOM if a verb did not follow, and in this case a verb does follow "whom".

Such as: "To whom it concerns".
or "Chris, who is an amazing guitarist,..."

I use Microsoft Word whenever I have to type up an email to college professors. It caught many small and large mistakes that looked a lot better after I fixed it. Either way, whoever is right, it's not really something worth arguing over. I would personally much rather argue with someone who doesn't think Charmin is the best toilet paper ever.
