Tightest/loosest amp on the planet, so far. And yeah, I'm taking the piss on all über serious people out there. Actually, most of my friends see that as just another normal moment.

Video camera sound only, but there's no way to avoid how it sounds anyway. ;)

Cool shit, thoughts on how it compares to the Forza?

Two different beasts. Soundwise they're in the same ballpark, with the Natas as a tad tighter. But with the Forza "contour" control, it's in many ballparks. ;)

The Natas is a tight, two channel, traditional wizard made amp. Simple to use, and does clean/brutality like a charm.

The Forza is a tight, four channel, illuminated wizard made monster, made to be connected to everything, and be able to play anything. I remember it felt like it was a hazard for my life when I played it loud. That Class A power amp is lethal! But wait a little more, because I know that DAR is on to something...

I think that if someone can't make the Natas to sound good, it's a matter of the owner, not the amp.

I'll add clips later.

what I thought you were being serious!!! ;)

You know me, many don't and believe it or not, some people on teh interwebz are stupid. ;)

I'm jealous. How's that prototype treating you?

I can't wait to get mine in April

It's all that and beyond. I'm thinking of what I have to sell to get one. You won't be disappointed, or I'll loose all hope on humanity. :D

I played it through my Engl cab at the unveiling. It was a bit ridiculous. It definitely has a voice of its own. I had to sell my Savage, my left nut, and my brother to afford the thing, but to own #3 is no joke. I've been waiting for this amp for almost a year and a half, and I get smashed financially the week the deposits were due (had to get real deal power conditioning for the studio, as well as a few computer upgrades), but some how I managed to still get my deposits down on two Fortins. I should have my Natas around April, and I'll likely have my custom Cali Marshall (Mike is building this one from the ground up instead of it being a mod) by around Christmas.

The two Fortins cover incredibly different ground; the Cali can do real classic Marshall, as well as 80's rock, and modern British tones, and the Natas is going to cover the heaviest, meatiest, grinding metal as possible.

I'm going to be reamping up a storm with this sucker

awesome. love those clear sounding chords.

now do a head to head with the meathead :D

To be honest, I don't think I got the time, but I did however an A/B test with Ulf, the owner of the Meathead, and although the Meathead is good..yeah...you know. ;)

I'll have it for maybe two more days, and I'm in a mixing project that's full time atm, so if you feel like it, come by the studio tomorrow (Monday) and test it yourself. Then you'll be condemned like lolzgreg and everyone else who have tried it. ;)

jocke, this sounds amazing!
how is it on complex chords / open string stuff ?
im still looking for a high gain chuggy amp (like this) with complex voicing clarity.

can this thing handle that?

and btw : do you have new strings on your guitar? or is this even with old strings? its got a great attack!!

Yes, works really well, and yes it can handle anything.

Not brand new, but the amp still has plenty of everything.
