Fostex PM 0.5 this one my favorite near field active monitors.

ahh the 0.5 are discontinued but they have mkII 0.5 that are available

i dunno man , my friend has the PM2s and i think they sound pretty average.

I ordered some KRK 5s yesterday...thought about the Fostex but could not find any reviews so.....went with the KRK's..

I was using Klipsch 4.1 Pro Media, so I think this is a step in the right direction.

i dig my KRKs.. they're great except for the fact that you really can't tell whats going on down low, at all. i guess thats to be expected from 5-inchers.
