I was scraping through some coins to get enough for a pint last night when I noticed "Saxon" emblazed on the new 50 pence (the Dr. Johnson's Dictionary version) !! I was also drinking several pints of a beer called "Angel Witch" whose pump clip is the proper AW logo !!

Fantastic Goss, I didn't realise you could still get that beer. I must look out for it when I'm out in the pubs and even though I don't like beer, I would definitely try that one if I saw it anywhere.

Haven't seen the Saxon 50 pences yet, will definitely keep an eye out for them as well.

I was in a shop a few weeks ago and just happened to notice packets of paper hankies with the word Saxon on them, so that was quite a surprise.

And here's my latest Angel Witch purchase from ebay. The other day there I bought the Angel Witch single Angel Witch, so that's me got about 15 of them now and also a very nice Angel Witch coaster, even though I don't use coasters, I just canny resist anything with the awesome Angel Witch logo on it.

Finally got my hands on one of those 'SaXon' 50p coins the other week! Quite cool..

Sure i saw angel witch beer in some old pub somewhere not too long ago as well...
