When I was looking for the SSL duende (my last page) on the ssl homepage I found 2 free plugins. You have to registrate and then you can download them for OSX and WINDOWS.
The first is kinda funny: It´s a simulation of a talkback Mic pre
But the Second is very interesting:
It´s an peak Meter which gets also the shortest peaks!!!!
So I downloaded the plugin and test it with a mastered track I did.
With the logic meter no peaks. With the waves meter no peaks. But the SSL showed me some peaks...
There is also an interesting description about this tool!!!
