I knew it was Friday the 13th and actually had an excellent day (saw a really good Swedish modern folk band - Garmarna - play) and had lots of fun with friends afterwards....

and to answer the initial question....I'm not really superstitious....

okay normally stuff like this doesnt bother me, but this one just gone was quite rough, played in liverpool with tangaroa, and organizing the show as well (im from leeds, so had to rely on others as well) ..

it was gonna be an earlier start than we hoped, but it was arranged at short notice, after another venue had double booked us!!! .. so it was meant to be 630 til 930, but it didnt start til about 715, as the band with the backline had van troubles!!

whilst tuning up outside, one of my strings snapped and i had no spares, each band had a shortened set, the police came in just as we were setting up, thinking that we were gonna have to stop the night... and a few other little things went wrong or weird!!

as if life isnt chaotic enough when it runs smoothly!!!!!!!

The first one is to do with god, and the second is to do with things other than god. :)

Sorry but that´s not right.
Superstitions are remnants of older beliefs and religions for example the Germanic or Celtic. So superstition is to do with god as well. The Christianity made the people believe there would be a gap as history has always been written by the victors....

No but youre not right. Dont confuse bearded god with older Pan-European Druidism, main sequence stars, red giants, white dwarfs, supernovae, Virginia Window Cleaners... Well fucking say distinguishing then you pack of literary, vocabular smart
arses. Anyway, back to tilde, which doesn't rhyme with Hilde.

OK, maybe it´s not the right place to discuss religious things but what I wrote was true. We should leave this topic and talk about intolerant persons on this forum. :D Sorry...

I saw Mayhem live in Melbourne on Friday the 13th (well, it was really the 12th, but they came on after midnight)... and it was pretty special. Something I'll never forget.
