Fuck. My house got robbed.

So..I went to work today at 8am and went to pick up my wife at hers at 10.30am, but she got late with something and we got home just 11.45am. When i got there, someone got into my home, and stole my newly bought Mac Book Pro (I had it for about 5 days !!!!!!!), my wife´s Acer (that she ´sold´ to a friend - i was just backing up some data for her..), two 22inch LCD monitors, two DVD players and some tools. Dude, i am so angry that i already cried like 3 times. I work my ass off and some motherfuckers do that. Thank god my wife didnt go home alone, because she would be at home when they did that and God know what would happen. She´s pregnant and she´s a women and both thing + robbers = problem.

Now i will try to move out to another place, like an apartment or something more safe. Anyone with some strenght and some experience can get into the house condo i live in.

Fuck.

The worse is that whoever did it KNEW the house, because the only things stolen were on the same room. They left there a desktop computer, my stereo, a couple tvs, my guitars (thank god they didnt see my SG...), my acoustic guitar, the wireless router, my wife´s wedding jelwery and more crap that´s worth some money. But we dont have any idea of whom may have did it (maybe my daughter´s old baby sister, but that is another story..)

1. Get renters insurance, my car insurance company offered that to me for $15 a month for 15,000 in coverage. This way you would get reimbursed for everything stolen.

2. Get a Gun... You have the legal right to protect your own property (If live in America that is)

Fuck man - sorry to hear that. But, definitely glad that no one was harmed. Take my advice and try to relax though - if your wife is pregnant, the last thing she needs is to be that upset. Easier said than done... but, try to keep a level head.

1- In Brazil we dont have that. My car got hit once and the security company found a way to rape my ass and not pay me even tho´ i was paying everything correcly, so you get the idea.

2- It also doesnt work that way in this shitty country.

DUde, it was two hours ago but it feels like i just arrived there. I cried already like 3 times in anger, I am feeling damn stomach sick and i may end up using the money i was going to rent a place for my studio to rent some place to live. It was not the first time something like this happened in this condo i live in and i cannot afford any risk to my wife and my two daughters.

No one covers belongings here. The police said something like "If you dont have an idea who may have done that, then we cant do anything".

We MAY have a couple suspects but it would be an too absurd theory to convince the police to investigate that. My daughters previous nanny was fucking with some crackhead just before she got fired and some knowns of her told us she got a little bit crazy after that. Whoever entered the house knew we store computer things in there.
