Well, you have to be careful there, cause its a piece of art actually. Its a sculpture made by H. R. Giger called "Preserve Life" and Carcass only paid some 8,000 pounds to be allowed to use it on their cover. :) I am thinking of getting a Giger tattoo myself, we will see.
