Fun with Metal!

Weed is still not legal in many countries and I heard on the news this morning that Youtube are cracking down on the amount of unproven medical related videos it hosts. It's mainly aimed at covid misinformation but apparently it's also going to hit all sorts of medical videos.
Good. I hope they get all those videos. Misinformation helps no one.

Could you imagine being the poor bastard that has to go through all the videos and decide what should go. Even if they just focused on the reported videos it would be a job where you could say goodbye to friends and family for 12 months!

Lol. I hope they have a team of people on it! I was just reading that CNN closed their wepage in Australia because they don't want to be held liable for what commenters might say.

Yeah Murdoch press have done the same, although I'm not sure if it lasted. The big issue seems to be that these companies don't want to put full time moderators on the pages. I suppose that is fair enough, but given these news services spread so much BS of their own you could argue that the problem isn't always the comments.

Yeah I would definitely agree on that one. I honestly wish Fox news would get shut down here. The whole damn thing. They do way more damage than the comments section.

When you look at the types of people and companies complaining about this 'commenting' problem it's hard to feel sympathy for them. It would be like DW (or Johnny Utah) saying it's unfair that people can't read his shit.

Well many have said over the years that Bob Rock was the fifth member. Seems like he really became the only person James and Lars would listen too

It's not that doctor/psyche bloke who came out recently is it?
I seem to remember someone was around during a lot of the recording but I can't remember a name.

Oh that guy lol. No that's the guy in Some Kind Of Monster. Yeah guy was a real headcase. I don't if he's Bob's helper or an engineer or what.
He looks like he's trying to be a rock star but wasn't good enough.

Oh yeah that's right, they weren't nutjobs until Some Kind Of Monster was filmed :)
I've always thought Bob Rock waltzed around like and overweight rockstar, in other words, he fitted in with Metallica :)
But I'll check this guy out in a few days when I get a chance to watch the video.
