They were. Just not cry babies yet. . Yeah he does. I feel like he's just a guy who's just been in the right places at the right time. Nothing he says is groundbreaking. The other guy is an early purveyor of the man bun. So you know he's douchy.
Yeah to me if it's true it shows that Lars and James were not ever writing thrash they were writing for the charts. Just like people are constantly saying everything Sneap records sounds the same there was no way Bob Rock was ever going to produce Master Of Puppets II or Kill 'Em All II, he was looking for the commercial success of Dr Feelgood.
I read about Cliff liking those bands a lot. But when I read about it Jame's made it sound like he didn't really know or like that stuff back then. I wonder when that happened?I remember reading an interview that Guitar World did with James back around the time of the Load albums and when they asked him about his influences he listed a bunch of southern rock bands like Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet.
Oh for sure! But you're right it's probably the same guy. He doesn't want to share his brown gold!I'd much rather drive the truck than clean septic tanks but I don't think that would be the job description.
