If it's a video try using the movie film icon next to the picture icon above where you type. But I think it needs the full address of the movie file.
Or you could try the camera icon and embed the file from you computer.

I've never actually understood what Math metal was but I figured it wasn't something I could get into. Tool fans are a special kind of stupid though, they are nearly worse than emo fans.
