Generic 'Rate my mix' thread

Pretty standard really, what does everyone think of my mixes?

P.S - I'm aware myspace kills quality but then again thats part of mixing, making it sound good for its audience

maybe your generic "rate my mix" thread should go in the "rate my mix" forum?

sounds like you need to import a nice high quality rip from a CD and compare it to your mixes... this will either greatly help you or discourage you... hopefully the first one.

Cheers dude. Yeah I often use songs to reference my mix, for the top track I used 'Defences Down' by It Prevails - I absolutely love the mix for that.

And err if I offended anyone by posting something I shouldn't have I'm sorry......

I don't think you've offended anyone man. But the "rate my mix/tone" section is right below the "production tips" section. Pretty hard to miss really...

sorry, never really been with this whole forum stuff anyway. Has always seemed a bit geeky IMO
