Getting the best result out of my room??

Well i have a concrete floor, foam on the walls (over bricks) , insulated rafters followed by foam a ceiling

The space i got is roughly 15x9

I mix as well as record here.. wanna make it efficient for both recording and a decent mixing environment.. What should i do??? Take the foam down?? Get some rugs?? IDK
