Looks like a decent line up. LoG, Arch Enemy, Opeth, Overkill and a few others...not bad...might be fun...I'll try to catch it at PNC in NJ.

schenkadere said:I picked up The System Has Failed to be familiar with the most recent stuff...I really like it...just a good metal album. Any comments?
DeathsHead said:TSHF is actually a very good album, reminds me of some of the older stuff. Kinda shows that Mustaine is a good musician when he wants to be
schenkadere said:Yeah...it has a real good old school groove...good production as well. Looking forward to the show.

DeathsHead said:I just wish he'd stop trying to actually sing(kinda like James Hetfield does) and go back to the snarl/whine shit he used to do

johnnieCzech said:Well before the album came out I had been fucking hyped coz the only song I heard was Kick The Chair, which is by far the best song off the album. After I gave it a listen, I was slightly disappointed but it grew on me afterwards. I like the first 3 songs very much. And just the fact Vinnie Colaiuta plays drums on it kicks ass. I agree that the album is very good and better than most of the music which is being released lately, but definitely not the best Megadeth album. I might like TWNAH a bit more.

DeathsHead said:R.I.P. is my fav mostly because the overall guitar tone/production was excellent and good straight forward well written songs, Youthanasia(little less angry) being my tied for second fav with Peace Sells
