Not just that... the name of Easter is much older. It is related to the Goddess Ostara / Eostre, who plays a role in Pagan spring festivals. From the Pagan rituals also comes the symbol of the hare.
Just the Christians were pretty good at adapting Pagan names/dates/events for Christian celebrations.

So it can also be: "Happy Easter" => spring festival to mark the beginning of the season
