Can't believe how much I used to dislike technical metal only a few years ago, since joining this place my tastes have developed in surprising areas and this year's list is kind of a testament to that. This is my second list where I've featured a Gorguts album for example.

Probably has something to do with my descending use of alcohol since 2015, when I drink I just want dumb simplistic music most of the time like grindcore or black/speed/punk music. Crowd-fluid forever.

Probably my favorite year of the 90s, basically on par with any of my favorite years of the 80s.

I'll continue it later and switch things around if I remember to. Need to give Disincarnate and diSEMBOWELMENT fresh listens, I might be overrating them.
