"Goat Horns" cover: Do you like it inverted or not?

This same thread was posted on another forum, but not with a poll...I never realized how fucking cool it would look uninverted, and I must say...WHY THE FUCK DID THEY INVERT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So, I leave it up to you folks to decide. Included are some pictures to help you get your choice together...

Looks like I'm alone here......

I mean....the inverted one is like some evil white wizard in a field at night and he's just done some spell and something crazy is happening up in the sky above him causing the color stuff, like a huge shining light orb coming down or something. When you uninvert it, it's just a guy in a cloak standing in a field. Doesn't have the same effect.

The actual/inverted cover gets my vote. I agree that the second is too simple and in my opinion doesn't come close to matching the dark music and atmosphere on the record. Too normal for a majestic album like Goat Horns.

Agreed, it looks much better uninverted. The concept photo which they used for the tape version of the album (I think...?) is cool too.

I couldn't help but think they used the inverted because the uninverted one looks too "happy" being that it's the daytime.

I much prefer uninverted.
