Which cover artwork artists do you like the most?

Joe Petagno (the guy who does all the Motorhead covers).

If you don't believe me about Petagno, take a look at the covers of Rock N Roll, We Are Motorhead, Inferno, Orgasmatron, Another Perfect Day, Everything Louder Than Everyone Else, and on and on!

Petagno should be awarded the longest cover maker in metal. Indeed he created Snagletooth and had draw every single artwork since "Motorhead" to "Inferno".

Cool you mention it, that was my first CD ever (when vinyls were still the main thing)

The cover is a painting by Jeff Cummins and co-designed by Hipgnosis (well known for album covers of all type).
