After playing guitar for two years on the same amp, it's a Raven RG-20. I think it's time for an upgrade.

Before you start posting about HUGE, expensive amps ($400-600 is expensive for me.) I'd like an amp that is fairly cheap, about $200, and I'd like it to have a nice, bright sound to the OD/Distortion. Kinda similar to what Brendon Small's tone is for his solo album "Brendon Small's Galaktikon".

Marshall Valvestate comes to mind for a cheap bright amp under 400$, there's also the bugera 6262/Peavey 6505+.

I can't really think of anymore but you should also look into a gsp1101, their 400$ and will do any sound you will ever need.

The best thing to do is get something good. Dont buy something just because it's cheap. Down the road you'll be happier if you spend a little extra.
