From what I read it's divided into separate pages for your friends and your family for example so you don't have to worry about people from one embarrassing you in front of those from the other.

It doesn't need to be anything related to you - just some obscene picture or even a "motivational" poster for example that you might find funny but which would be totally inappropriate for you to show your relatives.
