Not a very good one, but it works. Having lots of issues with video editing but I'll work through it, it just takes time.

If anyone could help me out with some of the basic princiiples or point me in the right direction that would be most excellent.

sorry i know a shit about video editing but, man that's some badass playing dude! :D
what track is this? :)

Echo! Good stuff man, what tuning are you in F?

Drop G, I find my guitar sits in that tuning the best. Feels clearer than G#. Go figure!

How did you get the vignette to flikr like that?

Unfortunately it's just a stock youtube preset. I did my own vintage effect on my PC (as well as synching the sound up with the backing track etc) but I had a whole bunch of problems and not enough time to sort them when it came to exporting it so it had to do.

Haha! Cheers man, it's something I wrote a year or so ago that I never finished. I might use it in my current band though.

What kind of camera did you get?

What issues are you having with the video editing?

Flip UltraHD. Cheap option.

As for editing, in adobe premiere everything takes a very long time (rendering takes up to an hour) and different video formats and export options are totally new to me, meaning I end up exporting something crap that looks great in the editor.

To get around this I was using basic windows movie maker but you can't zoom in to a sufficient level to synch the audio up correctly, so I ended up uploading what you see in this video and processed on youtube!! With more time I could have ironed out the kinks in premiere, which is what I intend to do.
