Got any quirks?

- I can't stand on ceramic tile barefoot.
- I can't deal with complete silence unless it's pitch dark. I ALWAYS have music playing.
- When I discover a song I really like, I can listen to it on repeat all day and never get tired of it.
- I won't put on deodorant until my hair is dry, but before I part it down the middle.
- I habitually use my blinker every single time I'm supposed to, even if I try to make myself not do it.
- I count time whenever I'm watching a band live. I can't keep myself from doing it. My favorite bands to watch are the ones that change time and tempo a lot and keep me guessing.
- I make posts like at work when I should be doing other things
- I've never posted on RC until now.
- Hi!

Yesterday I hid in a closet for nearly 20 minutes while I waited for someone to walk by. No one did so I ended up sending a text message to an employee asking them to check something out for me. When she walked by, I scared the fuck out of her.

I hide in the pantry in the kitchen a lot to scare my family. Sometimes I'll be in there for 15 minutes before anyone notices I'm not around. IT ROCKS.

One time when I was young I was staying the night at a friend's house. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and turned on no lights so as to not disturb anyone. Of course, my friend noticed this and used the opportunity to jump out and scare the shit out of me. I punched him in the side of the head. What an odd place to punch somebody. He started crying and left, so I went back to sleep. The next morning it was really awkward because he still wasn't around and as I was leaving I walked past their whole family as they were eating breakfast. Nobody said anything, they just stared at me angrily as I walked out the door.

I constantly repeat things that I overhear coworkers say in a really bad, sing-songy falsetto voice. I also make random, strange noise, scare people a lot, and walk like George Jefferson whenever possible. Yesterday I hid in a closet for nearly 20 minutes while I waited for someone to walk by. No one did so I ended up sending a text message to an employee asking them to check something out for me. When she walked by, I scared the fuck out of her. I'm about to hire a new employee so it will be fun to watch them adjust to the insanity.

I laughed quite loudly at this.

If I get one hand wet for some reason I rub my hands together so they both get wet.

I can't stand it if a door doesn't close all the way. Ya know, when it looks closed but it didn't *click*.

I almost always have to be wearing socks.

I drink a lot when I get stressed. Not booze, just anything.

I prefer it when someone sits to the right to me as opposed to the left.

I often check to make sure my car doors are locked and my lights are off once or twice immediately after I lock them and turn them off.

I only ever stop reading a book at the beginnings of chapters. never in between the two.

When I watch a movie or read a book I make sure everything around me is just right and I am as comfortable as I can get to make sure I get the most out of the experience.

I often run through hypothetical situations in my head in great detail. Including the conversations that may take place in said situation. Most of these situations are bad or negative ones.

I get bored and post a list of weird things about myself on the internet.

I am sure there are tons more that I will remember later, but those are off the top of my head.

Holy shit, I do this exact same thing.

Absolutely nothing.
My room is ungular, so during some winters it's really cold. A few years ago the winter was so cold that my hands were getting all numb so I had to hold them under the hot water every 10 minutes to be able to type. And then I found a new way to keep one of them warm - just put my left hand on my knee and then put the other leg on (kinda cross legs). And learnt to type with my right hand only... That's kind of a habit during last 3-4 years. i know it's not really cool, but when I try to type with both hands now - it takes ages for a single word.

Here in America we blast the heat even though we can't afford it and are always toasty and comfortable and forget all our troubles through alcohol and Britney Spears.
