Has anyone heard the new one yet? Honestly, I'm not even sure if it's out yet, but I noticed Zane having it posted on his site. If so, how does it compare to Lipservice and the rest of their back catalog? I majorly dig this band, so they need to play ProgPower Glenn!

Well it seems I need to check this band out. I've heard of them but haven't heard them. Looks like that have several albums out -- any suggestions where to start?

The new one is quite decent. I haven't liked a lot of what they have done recently, but this definately reminds me more of the earlier catalog Gotthard stuff.

I love it! Gotthard is Europe's answer to Bon Jovi (on the last few cds). It's totally what you'd expect from the band (great songs, melody, ballads, etc) but maybe it's not quite as "rocking" as Lipservice. Maybe.

My favorite song is "The Oscar Goes To You". Killer hook.

Personally, I don't like so much their last works, too much Bon Jovi style, as Woosta said... I was a big Gotthard fan in their early days, at the times of "Gotthard" and "Dial Hard", when they were Europe's answer to Whitesnake.

I've had the cd for about a week now. Pretty solid cd from start to finish. I would suggest going to Impulsemusic.com to order. The have the limited digipack in stock w/ 1 bonus track. I've got all there cds, I really loved Lipservice and Human Zoo, I don't put this with those two but it may grow on me more. Worth the purchase though. If you haven't already, you may also want to pick up the new Pink Cream 69 cd as well, it also has a bonus for the initial pressing.

Yeah I thought the new PC69 was pretty good. I've only given it a few spins and been distracted by other things while I was listening, but it sounded solid in the background. Definitely way better than the new Ozzy.
