Yeah it's a toss up, I dig the In Flames one a tad more. Although I can't to say that I hate the Disturbed version (although that album sucked SO hard).

I like the disturbed cover much better personally. I find it better musically and of course the vocals are much better. I'm not a fan of either band by the way, I just happened to come across this song and I liked it.
