Great rhythm guitars

I have a custom Eclipse and an MI NTB.
The MI is the perfect metal rhythm guitar.
I have changed the 81 to an 85 and it sounds tight and full.
It is neck thru and string thru and 25.5" scale so has good tension for low tuning too.
Very fast neck and ebony fretboard.
Every band that uses it falls in love.
It is a bargain price too compared to the rest of the ESP standard range.

I could send you a DI recording of it if you want to re-amp and see if the sound suits you.

Never said anythings wrong with the Loomis, ill be using it for all rhythms and leads for the 7 string songs. It is floyd' however....and yeah I want a 6 string, fixed bridge as the "staple" rhythm axe.

Edwards....ive heard iffy things about them, plus im not a fan of SD Blackouts :\

The ESP M1 looks killer but I really wish it had a neck pup :( For cleans and such....

I haven't tried one myself, but i've heard good stuff about the les pauls, and most of them come with Jb/'59 :)
But what do i know, i think my Explorer is awesome even though people say new Gibsons are shit :D

What about this?

I've been wanting one since I saw Andy James playing it at NAMM.

Jackson SLSMG?

I recently got one of the limited edition SLSMGs with the flamed maple top.
It sounds great, super tight and resonant with brilliant highs. However it does not have much lowend, probably due to the slim body shape.
Haven't recorded with it yet, so I'm unsure whether that's a good or a bad thing for recording rhythms. It sounds beastly in a band mix though, at least after changing the JB it came with to a Duncan Custom!

Looks just like this one:

Jaymz: I have the exact Explorer you posted, with EMG's, and it fucking slays.
