In light of the Wacken news, Savatage to headline is my number one prediction...
It needs to happen at some point (and WITH Zak Stevens), but a year after JOP headlines with a Savatage set?

My prediction:
Friday:
A headliner I've heard of
A band I've never heard of
A band I've never heard of
A band I may have heard of
A band I've never heard of
An opener I might have heard of, but probably not.
Saturday:
A headliner I have heard of
A band I've never heard of
A band I've never heard of
A band I may have heard of
A band I've heard of
An opener no one has ever heard of
And you'll still see me at the fest anyway, because it means I get exposed to new and awesome bands.
Freedom Call
I know people on this forum give them shit, but Freedom Call would be amazing. One of the best power metal bands out there, and with a good new album, it would be an excellent opportunity to get them.
Ding! Ding! Plus, this was supposed to be the end as well so that was a factor.
Jesus, if I had known it was going to be the last ProgPower ever, I would have tried harder to afford it this year! As it stands, I can't make it for the first time in 8 years, but I feel better knowing that it sold out and some Savatage fan got to go this year to see Streets instead of me. But even so, I feel like I would have wanted to be there for the very last set, regardless.

It's actually not the last one though. Not anymore.
I don't think Glenn ever officially said it would be the last one, but he's been hinting for a few years that things are winding down and that it would be handled on a year by year basis - good ticket sales increase the likelihood of another year, bad ticket sales decrease it. Had ticket sales not gone well, it wouldn't have come as a surprise for Glenn to confirm that there wouldn't be a PPUSA XVI. The fact that he said a few years ago that he wanted Jon Oliva to close out the final fest playing "When the Crowds Are Gone" certainly added to the fear/speculation since he's headlining on Saturday.Yeah, I know, but still, was this common knowledge when the lineup was announced? I feel like I completely missed it if that was the case.

Has Powerwolf been mentioned?
