Guitar cab problem

I just picked up a used Orange 4x12. One of the speakers is drastically louder than the other 3. Anyone know what would be causing this, and how i could fix it?

Impedance differences usually causes volume fluctuations... open 'er up, make sure the speakers are the same impedance, and re-wire, I'd say.

+1, I'm not entirely sure what else could cause volume differences like that
