you tune it at the birdge. see those black lookin things sticking down from the bottom? you tune it there

I provide the two scale lengths (high and low strings) and width at the nut and 24th fret (or bridge). I also specify which fret is straight (perpendicular to the strings). Cost is about $100 if I supply the board.
