I really like the sonic reasearch turbo tuner! Im thinking about getting that or the Peterson Strobe Flip.... its a toss up!

+1 for the turbo tuner, just got one a couple of months ago, fast and accurate!

Yeah if you aren't using some type of true strobe tuner, you are doing yourself a great disservice. They have affordable models for everyone nowadays, no reason to get something else. I'd recommend the Peterson tuners and the Sonic Research Turbo series.
