Guitar tuning

Hi all,

I was wondering how Chris tunes his guitar? I don't think he tunes them very low (like dropped B or something). But I'm just curious.

Standard Tuning, for his six and seven strings (eadgbe / beadgbe).

Correct. Chris used to de-tune his 7's a half step when he was with Nevermore (and I think sometimes with Jag Panzer, could be wrong), as well. The 8-finger tapped sequence he did for Guitar World was also done a half-step down.

For the replies. I think it's quite refreshing that he tunes kinda standard instead of all the dropped ABC stuff that's so popular today
