Guitars used by Alexi and Ale

But the smaller picture of them holding guitars are their signitures, not the guitars listed there.

Probably they are just posing with them. They have to do that shit becouse of the guitar deal.

Do they do anything other than pose  The only thing about this
is, although Alexi has a signature model with ESP, neither him nor Ale (who
I thought used an ibanez) are on the Artists list.

Ale used ESP's as well...and I found that weird too that neither were on the artists list

They haven't been on there since Alexi switched either, I checked that
before I started thinking of saying Alexi'd changed guitars again...

The main reason why they aren’t represented much on ESP.com is because they signed the deal with ESP Japan, so they won't appear on the American site.
There were singed over there in the first place, obviously because they are popular as hell over there. Therefore the publicity will be more beneficial because there’s more chance of Japanese people buying Alexi's guitar.

I think the American site used their pictures to just fill up space in all honesty. The majority of people will not know who they are (yet) in America. So there’s little point to include Alexi or Ale on the artist list, because they won't make anyone want to buy a guitar. As they aren’t recognised in the States.

thats the fucking truth man!
but i saw some discussions on the esp-board in us about alexi laihos guitar so things will start to happen soon

And also that they are not allowed to sell Alexi's ESP RR in the USA due to copyright restrictions with jackson... so advertising it on the ESP USA site is stupid.

What about importing?

ESP can't import it to you if you live in the US because of Jackson. I e-mailed the ESP dealer and asked about any availability and he pretty much said it just wouldn't work out. I suppose if you happen to know an ESP dealer, you might be able to get him to do it for you, but as far as official selling goes, ESP simply is not legally permitted to import or sell those guitars in the US.

:yell:
Not that I have the money for one anyway... :erk:

yeah, thats a problem to begin with.....
only one member has the Alexi Sig model....Stoned&Drunk i believe

here in sweden you can get them all.. the only esp made guitars i couldnt get was the edwards les paul copy because it's an exact copy of the gibson les paul

bah who wants a jap esp anyways... the only good guitars esp makes are US made, and thats only 2% of the guitars they even make... i'd rather have a jap Jackson RR5 than a Jap ESP(course i have a Jap RR5, cream with black pinstripes, and love it)
