what are you talking about? Alexi's Jackson's were stolen. He plays ESP guitars that are made to be as similar to his old Jackson's as possible. Go to ESPguitars.net and you'll see them in the artist list and gallery. childrenofbodom.com is just a fansite. Its not official. Did you read the thread? Bodom isn't in the espguitars.com site because thats the american made esp site. ESPguitars.net is the Japanese made site. Alexi's are Japanese made and he is more popular there. It all makes perfect sense.

for the record. . alexi got two of three jackson stolen from him during spinefarm's birthday party. the "Wildchild" and "stone" Randy Rhoads guitars were taken. he borrowed roope's green pin striped jackson Randy Rhoads for some time, he used it in the "reap and Roll" segent for his new your guitar DVD special. .
now. . when he got his guitars stolen, he contacted jackson, and ordered new guitars, and jackson/charvel said "its going to take a year, and $3000 US. Alexi tried to reason with them, but jackson just wouldn't meet his needs, the treated him like a regular customer, not as a promoter. not a good thing to do if you want a now widely popular band to play yoru guitars. .
*enter ESP* ESP says "we can build you a signature model in three months. "not a bad idea" says alexi to his mates Ale and Henkka. SO all three of them get "signature" models based off of their jackson counterparts. after HCDR came out, and took off like a bat outta hell, jackson BEGGED him back. . "PLEAAAAAAAAAASE PLAY OUR GUITARSSS" Alexi said "no, you left me hanging when i needed you most, FUCK OFF" thus ended the relationship of Alexi and Jackson Guitars.

Now, about Jackson and fender, fender bought jackson, kept the workers, masterbuilders, and other such staff, and moved the factory. THATS ALL!! The jacksons are not "Fender's" they are jacksons. Jackson was its own company up till about a year ago, when Fender bought them. they might even be BETTER now then they were last year. Have you noticed a Mr. ZAKK WYLDE holding a Jackson RR LTD guitar on the may or june guitar world. how many Jackson ads do you see now that you didn't see a year ago. And i Certainly dont think randy rhoads would have been put onto the rock walk if it wasn't for a little push from fender.

sorry, but ur a bit behind... alexi wouldn't have had any new jacksons made for a year because fender owned them... he went with ESP because they got him 3 guitars in 3 months... want proof? how bout pics from the show here in seattle... can see plain as day that he plays esp now.

If you take a moment to read his post instead of jumping at a chance to insult him simply because he was missing some knowledge on Bodom's history, you'd notice that the main purpose of his post was to refute the copyright statement made in the post he quoted. Whether or not he was right I don't know, as I'm no expert on the whole business side of things, but at least I didn't tell him to "get his head out of his ass" when he didn't do anything wrong in the first place except be a little misinformed.

see, i do a lot or research about guitars, bands, and the companies that endorse/suport them. I know my shit, he though he did too. He was being pretty foolish himself, quoting childrenofbodom.com as their homepage. when all you have to do is click the Logo up top, and you are immediately taken to the OFIICIAL homepage (cobhc.com).
