the best is how probably 80% of the time she says "Add a swirl of EVOO--that's Extra Virgin Olive Oil!" thus obviating the (already dubious) benefits of abbreviation.
 
Nigella Lawson is another female cook-type on tv who swirls generous amounts of sex into her recipes.

our cable doesn't have foodtv, and i'm subjected to commercials for foodtv shows that run on channels we do get like tlc and discovery, which is mostly what i do watch. pisses me off, really. i don't usually make anything they do, i just like learning general wisdom they throw out along the way.
