THE ALFEE's guitars have always been strange angelic designs and you've been able to buy ALL of them from ESP Guitars in Japan for years now...


http://www.espguitars.co.jp/artist/index.html for them and other artists. THE ALFEE actually uses less of these than they used to. ESP used to have at least 3 different models of this style for sale at any given time. Pretty tasteless if you ask me though... I always thought Mana's (Malice Mizer) "Jeune Fille" and Kaoru's (Dir en grey) "Ganesa" had some serious class.

They never kept any in the Tokyo shop because nobody ever buys the fucking things.

i dont really dig the sword, i mean i guess it would be fun to fool around with, but id really never dish out any cash for it, theres lots of other styles id much rather have.

That's a beautiful guitar! Not practical, as I wouldn't play something that looks that nice. But, it would a nice show piece. What I'd like to see, even more, is a bass guitar version of that. Or perhaps it would have to look like a battleaxe for that scale length. Or better yet...a bass guitar that looks like Thor's hammer (Mjolnir) would be awesome!
