HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

I dont think I ever told you guys... and I hate to say it in a thread about celebration... but she had problems and lost the baby when she went into premature labor at 5 months pregnant. hard to understand... she quit smoking, drinking... even drinking caffeine... she was eating better... we tried to do everything right... and everything went polar opposite wrong.

Oh. That's horrible, man. Really sorry to hear that.

Sorry to hear that man, I can't imagine losing a kid at any point in the pregnancy/later. Best of luck on future attempts.
In the meantime, enjoy drinking with your lady.

Probably gonna celebrate today by hitting the gym, playing some MW2, and takin it ez.

I'm going to some kind of get together at friend's parents' place. I am taking this chick I just met but I will probably only stay for a few hours as I slept like shit and won't be in the mood to really socialize.

Maybe I will get laid too, but we'll see how that goes.

I need to stop spending 4ths of July with family so I can be at a real party where people are drinking, acting retarded and blowing themselves up. Today will pretty much = yawn.

Yesterday was pretty sweet, though.

Just wanna chirp in with the fact the Patriot is seriously a horrible movie.

That's pretty much what I thought when I saw it. Some of the most boring and shallowly sentimentalist bullshit ever.

Yeah, I probably could go to a party today, but I think I'll just spend today with my family.

I'm tired, and I'm not really in a partying mood.

That is sad, but at least now she can party! T_T

I went to Sasebo with 3 friends and we basically just binged on Mexican/American food since there is none where we live (Sasebo has a U.S. Navy base). Went to a bar/club we'd been to before on Saturday but there were 3 ships in so it was a crowded clusterfuck and some fucking white trash scumbag who looked like prison-Varg grabbed my ass on the dance floor so I yelled at him for a while and stumbled home. Yesterday was the 4th so we ate Mexican again, wandered around killing time, and hit up the Navy park for the public celebration thing. Stockpiled on food, cheesy temporary tattoos, and people watching. I saw so many gigantic obese ladies. It's going to be hard to stay motivated to keep trim when I move back to USA.

It must be cool to live in the future.

Wound up going to a barbecue with some french people. Nothing July 4th themed, but my drinking buddy and I shouted USA a couple times and ate hamburgers, so I'd say it counts.

Living in the future is ok but my weekend ends 13 hours before yours. Sucks in that regard. On the upside, the weekend starts 13 hours early!

I think my weekend still starts before yours :p (Wednesday this week, usually Thursday at 11am).

I just pulled a classic Zephyrus by taking the boat to watch the fireworks over Wiscasset harbor, completely avoiding the crowds of tourists swarming the shore. Drank Belgian beer and played Handel as the fireworks went off. Glorious.

They just don't understand tourists man.

I did nothing interesting for the 4th. I basically just sat around the house ruminating on how much I despise the federal government.
