here's a question i wanted to post for all the Legions...what are your absolute favorite metal instrumentals off all time??? i love them personally, which is one reason i love jazz as well, because alot of it is w/o vocals. anyway, list your top 3, 5, 10 whatever instrumental metal tunes. i need to do some more digging, but heres a few off the top of my head:
1: (naturally..) TESTAMENT..."confusion fusion" from "Practice..."
2: DEATH..."voice of the soul" from "The sound..." LOVE THIS SONG!!! great mix of electric/acoustic guitar trade-offs!
3: DARKEST HOUR..."veritas, aequitas" from "Hidden hands..."
4: DARK ANGEL..."cauterization" from "Leave Scars" HEAVY!!!
5: DOKKEN..."mr. scary" from "Back for the Attack"...will always dig this tune! still very heavy crunch to this day. George, wake up dude!
