Has iprimus carked it?

I have been getting shocking dial up speeds for the last couple of weeks, and it has only gotten worse. I am connected at 19kbps at the moment.

Is this just me or are other people getting it too? If it is just me, what could be causing it?

41.2 here. I fell for that dodgy iSpeed thing for an extra $9 but it doesn't make much difference.
