Armageddons's first album "Crossing The Rubicon" is some pretty cool shit. Very technical old school thrash with modern production quality. Don't waste your money on the other 2 albums though. They seem more like 80's cheese metal than thrash...at least to me.

I couldn't have descibed "Crossing the Rubicon" better myself. That whole
album is awesome.

I thought Armageddon only did 2 records total before disbanding.

It was Kreator/Destruction/Cephalic Carnage/Psypheria if I remember correctly, but my memory fails me a lot these days! Sodom would have been a good addition though, but was probably just for the European part of the tour. Wow... I just checked my shirt, it says Sept 29 2002.

It had been a good half dozen years since I'd seen either band, and both were incredibly awesome... pretty much just as I remembered them, except they both played some of their new material which was great. I've seen Kreator at least 6 times, but I've only seen Destruction a few times.

Damn time flies. Yeah, it was one of the best tours ever.
