Yes this HAS been done, and deleted, because the fucking album HASN'T COME OUT, here's a banana, buttboy :p

SD - I bet you didn't think this would incite so much anger again?

After my other "post" about not talking about Deliverence, I've sort of changed my tune. Since the title of this thread is clearly about Deliverence, I would think that people who don't want to know anything about it would just not read such threads. But I guess curiosity gets the better of many.

My vote goes for the title track and for the real fans, simple don´t read this tread and that´s all. We like in a world that is around technology, so the people who already download the album can review this.

BTW the album is great, not the best one but the new elements fits perfect with the Opeth sound.

Silent Downfall,

Again you show your ignorance.

The situations Opeth and Metallica are in are quite different. The members of Metallica are all super rich... while the members of Opeth are all quite poor. Opeth still doesn't have a huge following (they aren't mainstream)... and as result I think that they have right to gripe a bit more about mp3 downloading than Metallica. If you really followed the band, were a true fan, or gave a shit about anyone but yourself, you'd understand the ramifications a bit better. Don't worry no one would expect you to understand given your limited intelligence.

In addition, I'm not asking you to throw money in the face of Opeth to get their respect. I'm asking you to throw money in their faces so they don't get discouraged by assholes downloading music that wasn't meant to be downloaded.

I hope your happy when Opeth is forced to breakup...

A real fan would know that the last song is called "By The Pain I See In Others."

Is it really so hard to wait a few weeks until the actual release? (I mean in regards to posting this thread, not downloading, just so we're clear). Wouldn't it be more fun if everyone here could contribute at once? Have some class, you're not a spoilt 12 year old, you can wait, I'm sure.
This thread was done before, and deleted, this should be too.

ummmm what?????????? well since the album comes out in november i'll tell you in november. what is there an album leak already? meh

wow talk about blowing things out of proportion.

according to you i have to give them money to be a real fan and show respect since they are a poor band?

also according to you more money = more intelligence.

and your childish ways of argueing is comical in the sense that you are trying to sound intelligent yourself.

here are some facts:

1) bands barely get anything from record labels
2) bands get most money from concerts
3) by spreading the word about how i liked deliverance would get more people into the band therefore seeing them live more etc.
4) there will always be a split decision on mp3s, live with it. you dont see me whining and complaining about how i think everyone should download mp3s since cds are too expensive.

Bands barely get anything from record labels? Don't you mean CD sales? And even so, they DO get a percentage... look at the US, all the big time rapsters are getting rich off fucking CD SALES.

Don't try to be such a fucking rebel here. You're virtually saying 'oh this band has put in love and effort and rigorous recording days into this awesome masterpiece album... so I'm gonna listen to this, but not give them anything in recognition'.

They're a band like any other bro, they need money to survive, and RECORD SALES are what keep a band on a label.
