Does anyone have any ballsy settings for marshall
I'm just lookin for a real mean tough dist....you know rip your balls off...eat your children...lol

yes thats all good...more like common sence....good drummer good drums....good guitarist......good guitar!---If the people on this site dont know that by now then theres something wrong cause its been mentioned over and over and over.....

So i guess what im saying is that was a half ass awnser to my question
that still needs awnsering......

The last Album was two tracks of Marshall JCM 2000 Dual Superlead & two tracks of Marshall Mode 4, & if i remember correctly he said his EQ settings were everything up full on the Superlead but didn't specify on the Mode 4.

As for settings for a ballsy sound with a Marshall it depends on the model you have, getting an Overdrive pedal in front will help you alot. Something like a Boss SD1 or a Tubescreamer will work wonders.

hi, i emailed zeuss who recorded it at his studio and this was the reply on the hatebreed tone:
Supremacy and TROB were 1 track with a JCM 2000 TSL and a Mode 4 recorded at the same time with a Les Paul and EMG pickups. Another track with the same setup but with a SG and EMG pickups. The 2000 had a slant marshall cab and the mode 4 had the mode 4 cab. Basically its his Exact live setup. He will not use anything else. The 2 sounds for each track were printed to seperate tracks. We split the setup with a Pcp distro.

hope this helps you guys.
