Is haunted by shadows worth buying for someone who already owns the albums? On one hand, I'd love to support the band as much as possible, but on the other I'm not sure if $8 for one new track is really worthwhile.

If you're buying for the music, I'd honestly have to go with no, but I bought it so I'd be able to say that I have a complete Skyfire collection (excepting demos).

Yeah its not much, and Free From Torment isnt anything amazing. For the sake of a Skyfire collection, than yes of course, support the band

If you seek some amazing experience then I suggest that don't buy it. It only has some demos and stuff on it. I listened to like two times and then I threw it in the shelf where it has been since then. I bought it just to fill my collection since it cost only 10 euros.
I'll put in on my "Things that I really should buy, and probably will eventually, but am too cheap to get at the moment list".
